These Terms and Conditions govern your use of earthbloomtea.com and any order you place through it. Please read them before ordering. By placing an order you accept these terms.

Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 1487783 B.C. LTD.
What we sell
We sell loose-leaf teas, herbal infusions, coffee, botanical ingredients for custom blending, and tea accessories. Our products are food and beverage items intended for ordinary household consumption.
Our products are not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no product is offered to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a qualified health professional before adding new herbal ingredients to your diet.
Orders
Adding items to your cart is not a purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept your order and send you an order confirmation by email. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, if we cannot verify the billing or delivery details, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.
You must be able to form a binding contract to order from us, and the details you give us must be accurate and complete.
Prices, currency and tax
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD) and the amount charged to you is in Canadian dollars. Applicable Canadian sales taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the size of your order.
If your payment card is issued outside Canada, your bank may apply its own currency conversion and foreign transaction fees. Those are set by your bank, not by us.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number. Our checkout is hosted on a dedicated, secure checkout domain operated for us — you will see that domain in your browser while you pay. Your order, your receipt and all support afterwards remain with Earth Bloom Tea.
The descriptor that appears on your card or bank statement is shown on the confirmation page and in your order confirmation email. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it — we can almost always identify the order straight away and resolve it faster than a chargeback can.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within Canada. Processing times, carriers and delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather and labour action are outside our control.
Returns and refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy explains what can be returned, within what period, and how refunds are paid. It forms part of these terms.
Accuracy of the site
We work to describe our products accurately, including origin, ingredients and weight. Colours, leaf size and appearance of natural botanicals vary between harvests, and your screen may render images differently. Occasional errors in pricing, stock or description can occur; where they do, we may correct them and, if an order is affected, cancel it and refund you in full.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it for a competing service, or to resell our products as your own without our written agreement.
Intellectual property
The Earth Bloom Tea name, logo, blend names, product photography and site content belong to us or to our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act (British Columbia) or other consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction, and this does not deprive you of the protection of the consumer law of the province in which you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
